1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using HardTarget, Inc.’s services, including INTEL™, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Nature of Services HardTarget, Inc. provides value-added services based on the intelligence solutions offered by our Strategic Research Partner. Under our partnership, HardTarget refines and re-contextualizes their reports as part of the INTEL™ offering. While our Strategic Research Partner is responsible for generating the original intelligence reports, HardTarget customizes and integrates these insights into the HardTarget System to better serve client needs.

3. Limitations of Liability

a. HardTarget’s Role

• HardTarget’s value-added services include the contextualization of our Strategic Research Partner’s intelligence reports. We are not liable for inaccuracies or omissions in the original reports produced by our Strategic Research Partner.

b. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HardTarget disclaims any liability related to the use of INTEL™.

4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold HardTarget harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the INTEL™ services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
