1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using HardTarget, Inc.’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Nature of Services HardTarget, Inc. serves as a value-added reseller for Eclipse, a service owned and operated by Concentric Advisors, Inc. ("Concentric"). HardTarget markets this service under the name HIDE™. HardTarget does not develop or maintain Eclipse and is not responsible for its performance, security, or compliance. 3. Limitations of Liability

a. HardTarget’s Role as a Reseller

• HardTarget’s role is limited to facilitating access to Eclipse (marketed as HIDE™). We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of Eclipse or reliance on its functionality.

b. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HardTarget disclaims any liability related to Eclipse.

4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold HardTarget harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Eclipse service (marketed as HIDE™), except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
